Appointment reservation
Appointments can be made by calling +41 61 826 24 25 or by sending an e-mail to spa@aquabasilea.ch. We recommend you make your reservation at least three days in advance. For weekends and bank holiday appointments, we recommend contacting us a week in advance. Of course it is always possible that appointments are available at short notice.
How it works...
Please register at the spa reception on the first floor at least ten minutes before your treatment is due to begin so that we can begin your treatment promptly. Next to the spa there are changing rooms which are for the exclusive use of our spa guests. So as to be fair to guests with appointments after yours we hope you understand that late arrival will be deducted from your treatment time.
Just the way you like it
During the treatment we want to satisfy your individual requests. Therefore, before we begin the treatment, we will ask what is particularly important to you. Competent consultation is part of the treatment and is a subject close to our hearts.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment this should be done at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice we will have to charge you the full price of the treatment.
Children and treatments
The treatment area is a place of quiet. Please note that children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult. Massages from 16 years, excluding children's packages.
Clothing
A bathrobe and slippers are obligatory clothing for a visit to our spa. Please bring this with you or you can hire them for a deposit on 6.00 CHF. For Thai massages we recommend loose, comfortable clothing. To protect your modesty we provide disposable underwear with every treatment and use various concealment techniques.
Extras
You will also receive free admission to the pool and sauna areas when you book treatments lasting longer than 80 minutes in the spa. All treatments including loan of a bathrobe plus a non-alcoholic drink and fruit salad. Admission to the pool & sauna is charged at our usual prices for treatments under 80 minutes.
