Work out in our naturally lit gym overlooking aquabasilea – here you can work towards your sporting and health-related objectives as you best see fit. The aquabasilea gym is open-plan and provides a comfortable, communicative environment for your training session.
Individual training over 350 m²
Train on your own or as part of a group. Around 80 training machines including strength training machines and cardio equipment are available in the 350 m² large facilities. Power and relaxation courses take place regularly in our 100 m² course room.
State-of-the-art training
Our fitness machines are not just linked together; they also provide internet access. And if you prefer to listen to the radio or your iPod, watch television or play games whilst you work out, that’s not a problem either.

Personal support
Our qualified fitness instructors will show you how to use the machines and will instruct you on the various training methods. They will also help you to achieve long-term results in as little time using an individual training plan. A member of staff is on hand at all times to advise you if you have any problems or queries.

Breathing and metabolism are positively influenced. During the training you recharge your batteries and improve your mood. Choose from bikes, treadmills, cross-trainers, stair climbers and spinning bikes.

Our bones and joints are surrounded by muscles which can relieve pressure on our skeleton so long as we train and strengthen our muscles equally. Muscles help us achieve correct, healthy posture. During training you are more aware of your body and the individual muscles. If your back and stomach muscles are well trained, it relieves pressure on the spine and protects the discs.

Studies have shown that most people who workout increase their muscle mass after just two months. This doesn’t just lead to more self confidence and an improvement in appearance and physical fitness; it also increases the basal metabolic rate and the daily calorie requirements. This in turn increases metabolic activity and activates fat burning.

As well as various forms of aerobics we also offer, Muscle Pump, Cycling, Aqua Cycling, Body Toning, Kick Power, back exercises, yoga and pilates.
